Acquisition for Yahoo!. At Yahoo!, she led an award-winning team focused on the strategic application of sourcing programs, including event recruiting, employee referrals, employer branding, and sourcing skill development. Prior to Yahoo!, Carmen was Manager, Global Strategic Sourcing, for Starbucks Coffee Corporation, and has held senior recruiting positions at other Fortune 500 companies, including: Microsoft, Amazon.com, and Capital One. She has presented at a national recruiting conferences and is active in
the local recruiting community, having served as VP, Programs on the Board of Directors of the Seattle Employment Management Association.
She earned a B.S., Journalism from Northwestern University.
