Altered Book – (Chronicle Lifelines & Memories)Come create a memory book to honor family, friends, life and/or your personal journey. This theme focuses on lifeline connections past and present. Work with your collection of photos [bring copies of photos on photo paper or copy paper], letters, drawings, cards, recipes and other memorabilia to chronicle present and the past day-to-day lives and the lives of your loved ones.

Participants Might Bring – NOTE: if you want to keep letters, photos, etc in their original condition make copies on various paper or bring envelopes to place the memorabilia in…

• Collage Papers & More: Just about any type of paper, fabric, gauze, netting, screening, etc.
  
• Elements/Embellishments that relate to trips/vacations/travel.
  
  The following are suggestions for different types of collectables:
  
  • Sewing supplies: ribbon, thread, buttons, zippers, yarn
    
  • Office supplies: tags, labels, clips, staples
    
  • Jewelry/beads: charms, beads, wire, elastic etc
    
  • Found objects: keys, watch parts, shells, leaves etc
    
  • Words/Pictures: from magazines, handwritten letters/poems, old photos, maps, plane tickets…
    
    
    All Attendants should bring a sharp pair of scissors and a BOX LUNCH.
