Microsoft Word 2007 Intermediate

This intermediate workshop follows the Word 2007 Basics class, introducing students to the following word processing features: setting margins and tabs, inserting images and creating tables. Downloading/eReader Clinic

Introducing a new way to learn more about your Nook or Kindle device! Sign up for a slot in this eReader clinic devoted just to Nooks and Kindles. Bring your ereader with you and meet with a library staff member for a short one-on-one session. You'll become familiar with navigating through screens, locating the user manual and general troubleshooting tips. Class size is limited to 10. This event runs from 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. in the Main Library Olympic Room.

Interactive Media Teen Book Club

When: Saturday, June 15, 2013 - 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM
Where: Main Library at 2nd Floor Conference Room

Teens meet to discuss the book of the month, eat snacks and make book related movie shorts: video book talks, video book reviews, and video book trailers to post to our vlog. Teens will be encouraged to discuss the book on our vlog and create playlists/podcasts to go along with the monthly book, etc.
